Key responsibilities of the Project Manager | Commercial Renovations
Responsible for the complete execution of assigned construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal leadership to deliver successful outcomes from concept through completion.
Oversee subcontractor quality, work sequencing, and coordination across all trades.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key requirements of the Project Manager | Commercial Renovations
Experience managing commercial renovation projects for a general contractor in the local market.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
Extensive track record in the DMV construction industry.
Flexibility for occasional travel depending on project location.
