Job Title: Welder
As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding steel using MIG and TIG processes, fabricating structural enclosures, and ensuring the integrity and quality of welds through testing. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, assisting the mechanical assembly team and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities
Perform welding of steel using MIG and TIG processes.
Fabricate structural enclosures of specified dimensions.
Utilize hand, electric, and pneumatic grinders to refine welds.
Collaborate with the mechanical assembly team.
Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.
Ensure equipment and work area are clean and safe.
Conduct weld tests to verify quality.
Essential Skills
Minimum of two years of experience in welding steel.
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skillful in using a tape measure.
Experience with hand grinders.
Ownership of personal welding equipment (hood, gloves).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
TIG welding experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47,840.00 - $54,080.00/yr.
Time Off & Holidays
Vacation: 10 days (80 hours) for the 2026 calendar year, available after 30 days of employment.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 8 hours accrued at the beginning of the month following each calendar quarter, per company handbook.
Holidays: 10 paid holidays annually.
