Job Description
An established law firm in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney including a strong background in probate and conservatorships. This role is ideal for an attorney who values meaningful client relationships, collaborative work, and professional growth within a respected estate and wealth planning practice.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
$165,000-$280,000/year + Benefits
Responsibilities
Provide counsel on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related strategies.
Handle probate and conservatorship matters with confidence and accuracy.
Work closely with senior attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to firm initiatives.
Qualifications
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
2+ years hands‑on Estate Planning experience
Strong working knowledge of probate and conservatorships
Ability to work in person and commute to the Santa Barbara office daily
