Job Description
Boutique civil litigation law firm in Miami Beach is seeking an Associate Attorney. The role involves working as part of a team of at least three attorneys on general civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, primarily in the areas of civil rights, employment, commercial, and personal injury. Contract drafting, review and similar work will also be required as needed.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys on civil litigation cases in state and federal courts.
Represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil rights, employment, commercial, and personal injury matters.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and related documents.
Handle substantial workload and assist in all aspects of case preparation.
Qualifications
Law degree and licensed to practice law in Florida, or awaiting results of July bar exam.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a large workload.
Law review and bilingual experience preferred.
Immediate availability (within two weeks after hire) is preferred.
