Associate Financial Analyst – Nutrition Division
Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico. Onsite position.
The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day Finance/Demand operations related to RLBE/PLAN and S&OP processes and completing ad hoc requests from the Commercial team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and validate the integration of expense data into Datamart, Planful, and Anaplan for Actuals and RLBE/Plan cycles, supporting reliable forecasting and management reporting.
Lead the development of SG&A, Balance Model, and brand level financial statements, including P&L and Gross to Net (GTN) schedules, to support accurate forecasting, informed decision‑making, and financial transparency.
Conduct comprehensive expense validation and financial analysis, ensuring data integrity and providing insights into variances, cost efficiencies, and overall business performance.
Lead price and cost validation, analyzing variances, key drivers, and margin implications to support accurate forecasting and effective management decision‑making.
Collaborate with the Credit Department to develop the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) forecast, including definition and validation of underlying assumptions.
Support management and cross‑functional teams by delivering ad hoc financial analyses, addressing emerging business questions and time‑sensitive decision‑making needs.
Partner with the Demand team to prepare flat files and maintain S&OP data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial and operational planning assumptions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance; preferred experience in Financial Planning.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English, including written, verbal, and conversational communication.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Point; preferred knowledge of Anaplan, Datamart, and Planful.
