Overview

The

digital marketing team

for our client is seeking an

Email Marketing Specialist

to support

email channel operations and campaign execution

from

May - November . This role provides hands-on support across multiple

email marketing initiatives , ensuring consistent execution of

campaigns, journeys, and platform workflows

during a temporary leave coverage period.
Type: Remote Contract
Pay: $48 - $53/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Email Marketing Specialist Requirements

Bachelor’s degree , preferably in

Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience

in

email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution
Hands-on experience with

email marketing platforms

in a

regulated industry

such as

Stensul, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable tools
Strong understanding of

email marketing best practices , including

QA processes, compliance standards, and performance measurement
Proven ability to

manage multiple concurrent projects

while coordinating across

Brand, Compliance, Product, and Marketing stakeholders
Exceptional

attention to detail , particularly related to

testing, personalization, links, and deployment accuracy
Strong

organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work

independently

while also collaborating effectively in a

fast-paced environment
Proficiency and current experience in

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Email Marketing Specialist Duties

Execute

email marketing campaigns

across multiple business areas, including

newsletters, nurture journeys, client retention programs, and service communications
Support

content development

and

campaign setup , including

asset compilation, link matrix development, and coordination with creative and production partners
Build and support emails within

Stensul , managing

QA testing, approval workflows, and deployment readiness
Oversee

campaign workflows, timelines, and documentation

to ensure on-time delivery across overlapping initiatives
Coordinate

stakeholder reviews and approvals

across

Brand, Compliance, Product, and Marketing teams
Support

email journey development , including

briefing materials, sequencing logic, and measurement planning
Assist with

list intake coordination ,

audience targeting configuration , and

tracking implementation
Conduct thorough

QA and validation

across

templates, links, personalization rules, and rendering
Compile

campaign performance data

and support

reporting and insight development

for key stakeholders
