We’re partnering with a top-tier global financial services firm to hire a Legal & Compliance Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership, including the General Counsel and Head of Compliance for the Americas. This is a highly visible role within a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
Hybrid model (3–4 days onsite, 1–2 days remote depending on workload)
The Role
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a lean Legal & Compliance team, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and assisting with regulatory filings and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar management and meeting coordination
Domestic and international travel planning
FINRA registrations (U4/U5), licensing tracking, and compliance support
Regulatory filings and agency correspondence
Coordinating trainings, seminars, and committee meetings
Expense reporting (Concur) and vendor invoice processing
General administrative support and special projects
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of administrative experience (financial services or legal/compliance preferred)
Experience handling confidential information with strong attention to detailHighly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
