Food & Beverage Category Manager
We’re hiring a
Food & Beverage Category Manager
to lead sourcing strategy across key categories, including food, beverages, distribution, packaging, and supplies.
This is a high-impact role focused on
cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational continuity
across a multi-unit environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFP), supplier negotiations, and contracts
Manage national supplier relationships and performance (cost, quality, service)
Identify savings opportunities and drive SKU/category optimization
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in
procurement, sourcing, or category management
Experience supporting
multi-unit food & beverage operations
Strong understanding of
foodservice distribution and supply chain
Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience with
ERP systems (e.g., CrunchTime or similar)
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, cross-functional environment
and can balance
cost, quality, and service at scale .
