Job Summary
RAYUS Radiology is looking for a X-Ray/Fluoro Technologist. The pay range is $30 - $41 based on direct and relevant experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(85%) Imaging
Produces diagnostic images in the assigned area.
Performs quality control tasks as assigned.
Promotes and motivates good customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors, and other company personnel.
Maintains an orderly and clean work area to promote good safety habits for patients and co-workers.
Maintains accurate patient records within the Radiologic Information System (RIS).
Works with a Fluoroscopy C‑Arm in surgical and outpatient procedures.
(10%) Department Support
Participates in staff meetings with employee involvement.
Assists in maintaining an updated radiographic protocol manual.
Answers department phone calls.
(5%) Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
This is a full‑time position, working either five 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or four 10‑hour shifts Monday‑Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Requirements
ARRT‑registered radiologic technologist, current and in good standing.
Graduate of an AMA‑approved school of radiography and licensed radiologic technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
Current CPR certification.
Training and experience sufficient to competently perform radiographic procedures independently.
Preferred
Bilingual.
