We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC) to provide therapy to residential youth and community clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with treatment teams, including DYS and DCFS.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring documentation complies with HIPAA and third‑party payers.
Maintain accurate records, attend treatment team meetings, and coordinate with medical staff for medication management.
Adhere to ethical standards and agency policies, including licensing requirements and crisis response duties.
Qualifications
Master's degree, current Arkansas license, and background clearance.
Preferred experience in adolescent care, trauma therapy, and substance abuse counseling.
Compensation varies by employment type, with full‑time benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement. The role involves in‑person work with an expected 40 hours per week.
