Responsibilities
Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with DYS/DCFS goals.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy; ensure proper documentation and compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid policies.
Collaborate with treatment teams, including nurses and psychiatric staff, and participate in treatment plan reviews.
Maintain licensure, complete required documentation, and uphold ethical standards.
Rotate on-call to respond to crises and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Relevant master’s degree, current Arkansas licensure, and ability to pass background checks. Preferred experience includes trauma-focused therapies, substance abuse counseling, and Medicaid billing knowledge.
Compensation
Compensation based on experience, with full-time or contract options. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement. The role involves in-person work, approximately 40 hours per week.
