We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC) to provide therapy to residential youth and community clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with treatment teams.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid policies.
Maintain electronic records, participate in team meetings, and respond to crisis situations on a rotating on-call basis.
Collaborate with medical staff and adhere to licensing and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a relevant Master’s degree, current Arkansas license, and background clearance.
Preferred experience in trauma therapies, substance abuse, and Medicaid billing is a plus.
Full-time or contract positions offering competitive benefits, with an expected 40 hours per week in person.
