Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Safety Coordinator
to join our team supporting data center integration projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-minded individual to gain experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. While prior data center experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Support on-site safety compliance efforts across data center projects.
Conduct site safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
Assist with incident reporting and root cause analysis.
Maintain safety logs and documentation, including toolbox talks and daily hazard assessments.
Promote a positive safety culture through communication and training reinforcement.
Ensure that subcontractors and vendors follow safety protocols on-site.
Qualifications:
OSHA 30 Certification (Construction) – Required
Current CPR/First Aid Certification – Required
Ladder Safety and Fall Protection Training – Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - MUST BE PROFESSIONAL
Willingness to work in a construction environment within live data centers
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred but Not Required:
Construction or trade experience
Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, or other safety codes
