Full-Time | Assisted Living Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Schedule:
Full-time, generally Monday - Friday
Additional hours as needed to support clinical operations, emergencies, and regulatory requirements
Pay Range:
$94,806 - $128,648 annually (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make
Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical operations for Assisted Living and Home Services
Respond to resident and client clinical needs, emergencies, and care concerns
Ensure compliance with state and federal Home Care and Assisted Living regulations
Supervise, coach, and support clinical staff to maintain high-quality care standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcome monitoring
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, families, and providers to support resident wellness
Educate staff on best practices, regulatory updates, and clinical standards
Support holistic and person-centered care programming
Maintain strong customer service and family communication standards
Qualifications:
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience Required:
Supervisory experience in an Assisted Living or similar healthcare setting
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Current BLS / CPR certification
Preferred:
Experience with holistic or integrative care models
Experience with clinical quality metrics and program development
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing clinical teams focused on delivering exceptional, person-centered care
Experience establishing, monitoring, and improving clinical best practices and quality outcomes
Ability to support and integrate holistic and wellness-focused care programs within the community
Demonstrated success leading quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Strong ability to educate, coach, and mentor staff on clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging best practices
Thorough understanding of nursing department operations, including compliance with federal and state regulations
Working knowledge of the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and scope of nursing practice
Ability to effectively lead change, communicate expectations clearly, and model professional behaviors
Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams, leadership, residents, and families
High commitment to customer service excellence and resident satisfaction
Demonstrated leadership presence, sound clinical judgment, and decision-making ability
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency with electronic health records and standard computer software
