Benefits
$18,000 Sign‑On Bonus available to new hires with experience.

Minimum Training and Education
Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations
Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or an AHA‑recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
ACLS certification.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, working indoors and outdoors, and working from elevated or confined spaces.

Ability to bend, twist, squat, and perform pinching and gross motor activities with hands and fingers.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted; lift/lower objects 50 lbs from floor up to 36 inches; lift from 36” to overhead 25 lbs; exert up to 50 lbs of force.

Vision: maintain 20/40 corrected in one eye or with both eyes; see and recognize objects at close and distant ranges; match/discriminate colors; determine distance/relationship between objects; good peripheral vision.

Hearing: maintain hearing acuity, with correction.

Work rotating shifts, overtime as required, in a latex‑safe environment, and maintain tactile sensory functions. Selected positions may require good olfactory function and respirator use.
