Nurse Recruiter
– Full‑time position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent provides recruitment, interviewing, evaluation, and referral services for the Main and Magnolia campuses for all non‑RN positions. The recruiter assists with general recruitment support operations, interprets policies and procedures related to the recruitment process, ensures accurate documentation, correspondence, and reports in compliance with departmental and state/federal requirements, performs other duties as assigned, and provides consultation on non‑routine matters or exceptions to policy.

Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience working as a recruiter or in a role directly supporting recruitment.
Experience working in recruitment in a hospital setting is preferred.
RN license preferred.
Bachelor's degree or three years of medical recruitment experience preferred.
