TrainingPH is looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused HR Accounts Specialist who will manage assigned client accounts and provide end-to-end HR support.
If you are an HR professional who enjoys variety, solving people issues, recruitment, compliance, and working with different businesses—this role is for you.
This is ideal for someone who wants broader HR exposure beyond traditional in-house HR work.
Client Account Management
Handle assigned client accounts and become their trusted HR partner
Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support
Ensure timely delivery of HR services and reports
Maintain strong professional client relationships
Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings and source candidates
Screen applicants and schedule interviews
Prepare candidate endorsements and hiring updates
Support onboarding and first-day readiness
HR Operations
Draft memos, notices, contracts, and HR documents
Manage attendance, leaves, employee movement records
Support offboarding and clearance processes
Employee Relations
Assist in handling employee concerns and disciplinary cases
Recommend practical HR solutions to management
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain employee records and HR trackers
Ensure compliance with labor standards and internal policies
Assist in handbook, policy, and SOP implementation
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or related course
At least
2 years HR experience as Generalist / Recruiter / HR Officer
Strong background in recruitment and employee relations
Good written communication and documentation skills
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Can manage multiple priorities and accounts
Comfortable speaking with business owners / managers
Willing to do occasional fieldwork or client visits
