Administrative Coordinator - Partial Hospital Program
Branches Outpatient (A Program of Arbour Hospital) is seeking a full‑time administrative coordinator for its Partial Hospitalization Program. This Monday–Friday 40‑hour per week position is located at 157 Green Street, Jamaica Plain, MA.

Responsibilities

Greet each patient entering the program, complete screenings, admission paperwork and daily Columbia Risk Assessment Screenings.

Manage all program referral logs.

Review and enter admission information into MS4.

Create, maintain, edit, and distribute census information.

Assist in milieu management.

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Analyze and compile statistical reports monthly and as requested.

Coordinate intake appointments for prospective clients.

Coordinate new patient information with billing office.

Consult with referring clinicians to initiate clinical intake and ensure completion of all intake documentation.

Orient new patients to program activities, group schedules, locations, parking, meals, and program protocols.

Conduct pre‑certifications and continuous stay reviews for managed care cases and document according to hospital policy and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, sociology, or related field (preferred).

3–5 years of clinical experience in milieu treatment (preferred).

Case management experience working with youth (preferred).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
