Position Overview
The Supply Management Co‑Op Program is structured around semester‑based assignments aligned with academic requirements, though timelines may adjust based on business needs. The program focuses on developing foundational skills while strengthening business acumen, leadership ability, project management, and communication. Participants will work alongside internal teams and external partners, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to real business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support supply chain and operational initiatives across multiple departments
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to complete assigned projects
Assist in developing and executing supply management processes
Participate in cross‑functional work involving manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
Build business acumen through exposure to real‑world operational challenges
Strengthen communication, leadership, and project management skills through active participation
Work Environment
This role may support various departments across the business including manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering. Assignments may be based in or support operations across the following locations:
York
Tomahawk
Pilgrim Road
PTO
Product Development Center
Juneau

Qualifications
Must be enrolled as a full‑time student in an accredited college or university
Must be actively participating in a co‑op program through your school
