Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team based at Pulteney House, Wick. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative as well as provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.

Qualifications & Training
Experience is not required, although of benefit. Full training will be provided, and the applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care. A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.

Working Hours
This is a permanent part time post of 17.27 hours working 5.00pm to 10.00pm 4 days on, 4 days off or in line with service requirements.
