We are hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to run Haas mills and lathes in a job shop environment producing one‑off and short‑run parts from heavy steel. This role requires independent programming, setup, and machining using Mastercam .
What You’ll Do
Program, set up, and run Haas CNC mills & lathes
Create and edit programs using Mastercam
Machine one‑off and short‑run heavy steel parts
Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
Perform in‑process and final inspections
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
What We’re Looking For
CNC machinist experience required
Strong Haas & Mastercam programming skills
Ability to work independently in a job shop
Blueprint reading and quality inspection skills
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $35.00/hr.
