About the Role
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for automotive excellence? As the Service Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our shop. You will lead the service team, drive performance, ensure profitability, and maintain the exceptional customer experience that our community has trusted for two decades.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high performance.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, bay management, and quality control of all repairs.

Customer Relations: Resolve complex customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and build long‑term relationships within the community.

Profitability & Growth: Manage service estimates, monitor shop metrics, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention.

Environment & Safety: Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and professional, meeting all company and industry standards.

Training & Compliance: Stay current on automotive technology and ensure the team is trained on the latest service trends and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven experience in an automotive service management or high-level supervisory role.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and solve problems under pressure.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in automotive repair processes, service software, and point-of-sale systems.

Business Acumen: Ability to analyze shop performance data and drive sales goals while maintaining transparency and trust.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the ability to act as a liaison between staff and customers.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (degree or certification preferred); valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
