Ollivier Corporation, a managed security provider operating in San Diego, California and other West Coast sites, is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator. The role involves monitoring multiple sites, responding to incidents, documenting actions, and notifying relevant personnel.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
Investigate alarms and dispatch security patrol, fire services or police as needed.
Assist company employees with safety and security concerns.
Monitor building systems, including analytics from cameras, access control, water leak detection, weather events, and other property activities.
Detect, analyze, and alert others of incidents that may impact people, property, products or brand image.
Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
At least two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience.
Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Qualified applicants with criminal histories may be considered according to applicable laws.
No guard card required; security experience is a plus.
