Key Responsibilities
Clean bones so that maximum yield is obtained
Must be able to keep up with the line speed, which is approximately 12 bmp
Follow all safety guidelines, which include wearing cut gloves and sleeves
Have knowledge of GMP and SSOP
Knowledge of department start, break, and end times
Maintain an absentee rate of 5% or less
Job may require performing other jobs or duties as the needs arise. Follow line leader instructions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments
