Grounds Maintenance Worker

The Housekeeper / Grounds Maintenance team member is responsible for maintaining apartment units and community grounds in a clean, safe, and habitable condition. This role combines interior unit cleaning with exterior property upkeep to support high occupancy rates and overall resident satisfaction

Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties

Clean and prepare unoccupied apartment units for new residents

Perform tasks including washing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing, polishing, rinsing, and shampooing floors and surfaces

Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas

Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality

Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and property buildings

Grounds Maintenance Duties

Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and landscaping

Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal and debris cleanup

Assist with general upkeep of the property exterior to ensure curb appeal

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical ability to perform cleaning and outdoor labor, including lifting and snow removal

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Have prior experience in HVAC and sprinkler maintenance
