Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regarding account status and collect payments
Interface with finance teams for payment application, reconciliation, and compliance
Handle invoicing and support government billing portals like WAWF, MPO, IPP
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes
Manage lockbox, check deposits, refunds, and adjustments
Act as liaison between order management, sales, credit, and finance teams
Support audits, reporting, and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with banks for payment-related queries (cheques, LC, etc.)
Help resolve complex payment issues related to tax, customs, or foreign exchange
