We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our remote team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Major Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
Providing information about products and services
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Documenting all interactions in the call center software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
