Overview

Lawn Maintenance Crew Members are responsible for performing services for our commercial clients which include mowing, edging, and trimming. Crew Leaders are given attainable goals while leading their crew to accomplish daily work. As a Crew Member you will develop the necessary skills to advance to a Crew Leader position. All positions are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Competitive base pay: $18 - $25/hr., based on experience

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Crew Member:

Entry level position, a season of experience in the green industry which would include the use of commercial equipment.
Crew Leader:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the green industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
Requirements

Crew Leader: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Requires a Chauffeur\'s license and DOT prior to driving a company vehicle.
Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time.
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
