This is your chance to be on our Development team who play a large part in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our ever-growing portfolio! As an Executive Assistant reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will partner closely with senior leadership to support day-to-day operations, manage priorities, and help drive key initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Coordinate and prioritize the inflow of information for the Executive, including email and correspondence
Manage the Executive's calendar, contacts, and task lists
Draft correspondence, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Answer and screen calls, route inquiries, and ensure clear communication
How you'll collaborate with others:
Liaise with internal teams (Development, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications) to support Executive's priorities
Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient decision-making
Projects you'll take ownership of:
Coordinate travel arrangements, including complex domestic and international itineraries
Organize meetings, webinars, and conference calls, including logistics and materials
Prepare reports and presentations by compiling and summarizing key information
Conduct research and complete projects independently
Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of professional experience
Five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Experience working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel
It would be useful if you have:
Associate degree
Ten (10) years of professional experience
Eight (8) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Experience communicating effectively with senior executive-level leadership, and staff at all levels
Experience booking travel internationally and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international support
