Schedule: MondayThursday | 7:45 AM 5:00 PM and two Fridays a month 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pay: Based on experience and we're happy to pay for the right person!
At StoneCreek Dental Care, we believe the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience and we're looking for someone who can make every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their dental journey. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and love making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing
Your smile and skills will help us create a lasting experience for every patient by:
Greeting patients with a warm, professional welcome
Managing check-in and check-out with confidence and care
Handling phone calls scheduling, answering questions, and following up
Maintaining our schedule with efficient appointment booking
Accurately entering patient and insurance information into our system
Collecting copays and deductibles with a friendly, clear approach
Supporting insurance processing and verifying coverage
Resolving issues with grace, empathy, and critical thinking
What We're Looking For
Preferred 1+ year of dental front office experience
Excellent phone and people skills you're a great communicator
A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
A natural sense of empathy and respect for patients and teammates alike
