Responsibilities
Oversee daily delivery operations (10–50 routes)
Manage dispatch team and route supervisors
Ensure on-time delivery and route completion
Monitor KPIs (on-time %, damage rate, customer satisfaction)
Handle escalations and operational issues
Manage driver performance and staffing
Improve efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
3+ years in logistics, delivery, or operations management
Experience managing teams (20+ employees preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with last-mile delivery preferred
