Overview
Department: Supervisor - Dietary
Shift: Full-Time - 8 Hour Shift (staggered start times; cafeteria open 6a-11p) and rotating weekends

Responsibilities
Supervises day-to-day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies.
Provides clerical support and duties necessary for optimal patient care, including safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department.
Manages budgetary requirements and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization; maintain current status.
Two (2) years experience in food service operations.
Ability to use PC.
Certified Dietary Service Supervisor preferred.
