Trinity Health - 5301 East Huron River Drive - Responsibilities: Provide reception type services to patients, families, visitors and other unit guests; Facilitate efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges and transfers; Support patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance and overall environment of care; Support patients, visitors and colleagues on assigned nursing units; Assist with general unit operations to maintain smooth workflow
