Monday, May 4 Wednesday, May 6, 2026 8:00 AM 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break (typically between 12:00 1:00 PM)
Training Requirement
Friday, May 1, 2026 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
Purpose: Training, meeting with Renee, receiving building fob If the individual has worked at Employer previously, attendance is still required to meet with Renee and obtain the fob; they may also work a few hours that day if needed.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and guests Answer incoming phone calls Take and distribute messages Direct calls to the appropriate staff Answer the front door Open window shades at the beginning of the day Close window shades at the end of the day Perform general office duties and other busy work as needed
Skills/Expectations
Professional and friendly demeanor Comfortable handling phones and visitors Reliable and punctual Able to follow office procedures independently
