Responsibilities
The Transmission Project Development Supervisor leads the Transmission Project Development team and supports the permitting and regulatory compliance of transmission line projects. This role ensures appropriate resources and oversight are in place and provides leadership and guidance to Transmission Project Developers and Senior Transmission Project Developers to support consistent project delivery.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field and five to seven years of experience in transmission project development or related utility infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of transmission line permitting and environmental compliance requirements in South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota is required, along with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnight stays, are required.

Expected offer for this role is $101,000 to $140,000 annually. Actual base compensation will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
