Program Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
The Program Manager (PM) will lead a large‑scale IAM program for a CDW government customer, serving as the primary interface between CDW and government stakeholders to ensure contract performance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the IAM program, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and/or Enterprise Services Center (ESC) Program Manager, addressing issues, risks, and contract‑related matters.

Lead IAM initiatives, providing direction and oversight for program scope, schedule, budget, and performance.

Ensure all program deliverables, reports, and contract‑required documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support contract requirements, including recruiting, onboarding, and filling vacancies within specified timeframes.

Attend and actively participate in meetings related to contract performance, status reviews, and customer engagements as required.

Apply strong organizational, management, and problem‑solving skills to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure program success.

Manage projects of significant scope and complexity consistent with the magnitude of the contract.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience, or 9 years of project management experience.

Proven experience managing large, complex programs or projects of similar size and scope.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, contract‑driven environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience leading or supporting IAM programs is a plus.

Experience with ISC (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) or SailPoint Identity Now programs is a plus.

Prior experience working with government customers and contract‑based environments is a plus.
