The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the senior leadership team in the execution of ground-up industrial developments and large-scale site improvements. This role is designed for a technical professional eager to transition from engineering or field coordination into a comprehensive project management track within a high-volume development firm.

As a fully integrated developer, they handle the entire lifecycle of Class A logistics and warehouse facilities, from complex land entitlement to vertical construction and long-term asset management.
Description
Support the Senior PM in managing day-to-day operations for industrial builds, including site work and vertical tilt-up construction.
Coordinate the RFI and submittal process to ensure technical specifications align with engineering requirements.
Assist in the preparation and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and monthly progress reports.
Interface with design teams and subcontractors to resolve field issues and maintain momentum.
Help navigate the entitlement and permitting process, including coordination with NJ DEP and local municipalities.
Document project milestones and maintain high-quality safety and compliance records.

Profile
You are a driven professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management and 2-5 years of experience in the AEC industry.
You possess a strong technical foundation and are ready to apply your engineering knowledge to the business and management side of real estate development.
Familiarity with New Jersey construction standards and a detail-oriented approach to project documentation are essential.
