Operations/Research Analyst, Journeyman

The Operations/Research Analyst, Journeyman provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.
Responsibilities
Performs professional and scientific work requiring the design, development, and adaptation of mathematical and statistical modeling and scientific methods to analyze operational problems.
Supports program reviews, meetings, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Provides cost estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology.
Prepares, develops, and reviews program office estimates (POEs).
Provides guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates.
Conducts cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management.
Provides subject matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost-saving efforts (e.g., Will/Should Cost initiatives).
Prepares miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior level management.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2-year Technical School; or HS/GED with 10 years experience or military experience E5 and above.
Knowledgeable with Department of Defense cost policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.73) as well as component policies (e.g., Department of the Army’s Cost Analysis Manual).
TS/SCI Clearance.
Salary Range: $96,300 - $118,089.
The salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
