Reports To: General Manager

Role Breakdown
Operational Support (80% of time)

Manage inbound/outbound phone calls and email inquiries

Calendar and scheduling management

Direct support to the Operations Manager on daily tasks and projects

Handle administrative workflows, documentation, and follow-ups

Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communication

Business Development – In-Person Trainings (20% of time)

Own the growth of the new in-person training program

Research target markets, audiences, and venues for trainings

Build and manage a lead pipeline (prospecting, outreach, follow-up)

Coordinate logistics: venue booking, materials, registration, attendee communication

Track attendance, feedback, and revenue from trainings

Develop marketing/outreach materials in coordination with leadership

Build partnerships or referral relationships that bring in training clients

Reporting Structure

Direct report: Operations Manager (for day-to-day operational work)

Dotted line / strategic report: General Manager (for business development and growth initiatives)

Success Metrics (first 2 months)

Response time on emails/calls

Operations Manager's workload reduction (measurable: hours freed up, projects moved forward)

Scheduling accuracy, fewer missed meetings or dropped balls

Growth

Number of in-person trainings scheduled

Attendees per training

Revenue generated from trainings

Pipeline of prospects/leads built

New partnerships or channels developed
