A high-producing agent with Century 21 Vanguard is seeking a driven Marketing Operations Assistant to manage backend systems, oversee listing marketing, and support leadership and agents with excellence. This role ensures the business runs smoothly behind the scenes while maximizing the visibility and impact of every transaction.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. While real estate experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to stay organized, solve problems independently, and help build systems that support a growing team working toward a goal of 125 transactions per year.
Compensation:
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience and performance)
Bonus potential: 10-20% of salary based on performance or per-closing incentives
Retirement plan: SIMPLE IRA with 3% match
Flexible PTO – we make it work, no rigid policies
Opportunities for growth as the team scales to 125+ transactions per year
