This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting located in Bernalillo, NM. The position is a contract role beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with a caseload of approximately 60 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Managing caseload effectively and maintaining accurate records
Providing services either onsite at two schools in Albuquerque or through virtual platforms
Qualifications and experience desired:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP, CCC, or CFY accepted)
Experience working in school settings or a willingness to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to deliver services both onsite and virtually
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students
