About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational evolution of its people function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that is in line with the firm's objectives and long-term growth plans. This includes serving as a key partner to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture, as well as leading change management initiatives. The CHRO will also oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and will be instrumental in strengthening performance management, coaching, and leadership development programs.
Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a focus on senior leadership and M&A. A strong background in employment law, compensation strategy, and HR best practices is essential, as is a proven track record in supporting organizational growth and change management. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to leadership. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or SHRM certification preferred. Experience in professional services and/or financial services is also a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, business-minded thinker who is capable of executing tactically and is deeply committed to a people-first, values-driven culture.
