Job Summary/Description
The Executive Producer is responsible for strategic, editorial, and operational strategies that win. This role oversees all aspects of news production, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across broadcasts and digital platforms. The Executive Producer leads editorial decision-making, drives audience growth while maintaining journalistic integrity, and produces newscasts when needed.

Duties/Responsibilities

Define and execute the creative and editorial direction for all newscasts and digital platforms.

Oversee daily news production, including scripting, booking, rundown development, and scheduling.

Manage and mentor producers, reporters, and production staff.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience as a newsroom leader is a must.

This is a full-time hourly position and may include working overnight, holidays, and weekends as well as some overtime.
