The j.awan& partners group operates across three complementary entities: j.awan& partners, a GCC-founded with global reach regulatory and compliance advisory firm; azakaw, a purpose-built RegTech compliance platform automating KYC, KYB, AML screening, transaction monitoring, and corporate compliance; and j.awancapital, a KSA‑focused regulatory and compliance advisory firm combining compliance advisory with fund hosting and administration. Together, the group serves financial services institutions, fintechs, fund managers, and professional services firms navigating complex regulatory environments across the GCC, Africa, and international markets. Marketing operates as a unified group function delivering coordinated demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline support across all three entities.

Mission
A production‑grade design role for a B2B designer who combines visual craft with output discipline across three brand identities simultaneously. You are the sole designer for a lean marketing team producing social assets, paid ad creatives, pitch decks, event collateral, landing pages, reports, sales enablement materials, and light video and animation content.

The ideal candidate works fast, interprets briefs accurately, and maintains brand consistency without requiring constant art direction. They are not waiting for creative freedom. They are delivering commercially effective design on brief, on brand, and on time. They understand the visual language of compliance, RegTech, and financial services: precise, professional, and authoritative without being sterile.

You are AI fluent in a practical, production‑relevant sense. You use AI image and video generation tools as part of your standard workflow to accelerate asset production, explore creative directions, and adapt static assets to motion. You apply craft judgment and brand precision to everything that reaches the market, whether it originated in your hands or in a model.

12–18 Month Mission Outcomes
Production Output : All briefed assets delivered on time. No missed internal deadlines without prior escalation. Average turnaround meets SLA by asset type.

Brand Consistency : All published assets across all three entities pass brand review without requiring major revision. Brand guidelines applied consistently and independently. No off‑brand material reaches external audiences. Landing page and website designs delivered to spec for development handoff.

Paid Creative Performance : Ad creative CTR tracked monthly. Underperforming creatives flagged and refreshed proactively. Minimum one creative variant live per active paid campaign at all times.

Sales and Pitch Collateral : Pitch decks, one‑pagers, and battle card layouts produced to BD satisfaction and on time. No deal delayed for lack of designed collateral.

Event Collateral : All event materials delivered at print‑ready quality at least two weeks before event date. Zero missed event collateral deadlines.

Design System Maintenance : Brand asset libraries current and maintained in Figma for all three entities. Approved templates accessible to the full team. No brand files lost or outdated in active use.

AI‑Assisted and Motion Production : AI image and video generation tools integrated into the standard production workflow within 60 days of joining. Light animations and short‑form video content produced to brief and to production standard.

Brief Process Adherence : All work initiated from a written brief. Feedback cycles completed within agreed rounds. Scope creep escalated, not silently absorbed.

Key Accountabilities
Social and Digital Asset Production
Design all social assets for LinkedIn and other channels across azakaw, j.awan& partners, and j.awancapital. Produce paid ad creatives, email headers, and digital banners. Design landing pages and website page layouts for azakaw and JAP (visual design layer; development handled separately). Maintain a library of approved templates for reuse across the team.

Assets delivered on time. Templates maintained and accessible. No asset published without brand review.

Sales and Pitch Collateral
Design pitch decks, one‑pagers, case study layouts, battle card templates, and proposal covers. Brief from the Senior Marketing Manager or Group Head. Maintain a version‑controlled sales collateral library.

All BD collateral requests fulfilled within SLA. Version control maintained and accessible.

Event and Print Collateral
Design event banners, roll‑ups, booth graphics, digital screens, and branded merchandise specifications. Deliver print‑ready files at correct spec, bleed, and resolution at least two weeks before event dates.

All event assets delivered print‑ready on time. Zero missed event deadlines.

Brand Governance
Maintain brand guidelines, Figma component libraries, and asset templates for all three entities. Flag off‑brand usage within 24 hours of identification. Produce updated brand assets when guidelines evolve.

Libraries current and accessible. Off‑brand usage flagged promptly. No outdated brand files in active use.

Paid Creative Production
Produce static and animated ad creatives for paid campaigns briefed by the Growth Marketing Manager. Deliver creative variants to enable A/B testing. Track CTR performance and refresh underperforming creative within one week of flagging.

Minimum one creative variant per active paid campaign. Underperforming creative refreshed within one week of flag.

Light Animation and Video
Produce light animations and short‑form video content for LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and sales enablement. Adapt static assets to motion format. Use AI image and video generation tools to accelerate production where appropriate. Apply post‑production quality control to all AI‑assisted visual outputs.

Motion and video assets produced on brief and on schedule. AI‑assisted outputs reviewed and approved before publication.

Light Animation and Video Editing: Produces light animations, motion graphics, and short‑form video content to brief. Comfortable adapting static assets to motion format and applying basic post‑production across Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools.

Multi‑Brand Production: Maintains three visually distinct brand identities simultaneously. Does not import one entity’s aesthetic into another.

Adobe Suite Proficiency: Fluent across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or After Effects. Delivers production‑quality files across print and digital formats.

Microsoft Suite and Canva: Produces presentation‑quality assets in PowerPoint and designs in Canva for team members who need editable templates. Understands constraints of each tool and designs within them.

Paid Creative Production: Designs static and animated ad creatives with performance in mind. Understands CTR mechanics. Responds to performance data with creative iteration, not creative defensiveness.

Print Production Knowledge: Delivers print‑ready files at correct specifications, bleed, and resolution without requiring technical correction from vendors.

Brief Discipline: Works from written briefs without scope creep. Flags ambiguity before starting. Completes feedback rounds without escalating minor corrections.

Education and Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a B2B in‑house or agency design role, producing across digital, social, print, presentation, and light motion formats. Portfolio required at application, demonstrating professional services, fintech, or regulated industry brand work, including evidence of animation or motion design.

Preferred:

Experience designing for compliance, RegTech, or financial services brands

Figma component library experience

Proficiency across Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects), Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint), and Canva

Experience using AI image and video generation tools in a production workflow
