What You’ll Do

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective wealth management clients, delivering high-touch, personalized service

Engage regularly with clients to understand evolving needs, uncover opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships

Ensure consistent, proactive communication and documentation through CRM tools and workflows

Develop new investment management and trust relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, and charitable organizations

Execute an active business development strategy, including outreach to attorneys, CPAs, and other key referral sources

Participate in community and professional organizations to expand presence and influence

Lead and coordinate financial planning and fiduciary activities for clients, collaborating with internal partners

Stay current on regulatory, tax, and planning developments and communicate insights to both clients and team members

Ensure trust accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents and fiduciary standards

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in investment-related business development, ideally within wealth management or trust services

Bachelor’s degree required; CFP or CTFA designation preferred

Demonstrated success working with and marketing to high-net-worth clients

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

Proven ability to independently develop and grow client relationships and referral networks

Solid understanding of financial planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and trust services

High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism

Self-directed approach with the ability to proactively guide clients through complex planning processes
