Our client seeks an Online Content Specialist to localize, create, and optimize digital content across e-commerce channels. The role will coordinate with merchandising, SEO, and performance teams to ensure consistent messaging, execute A/B tests, and manage digital assets. The specialist will drive editorial process efficiency, align content to commercial goals, and publish locally relevant experiences that support customer value and market penetration.

Rate: $45.00 to $52.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
Act as a member of the Marketing function and e-commerce team to contribute to plans and outputs that deliver common objectives and consistent messaging across channels.
Manage content localization, adapting global materials for local relevance.
Continuously optimize content and editorial processes with insights, recommendations, and solutions.
Create new content based on commercial and local needs and lead content adaptation.
Collaborate daily with range, merchandising, SEO, and digital performance functions to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Coordinate and execute local A/B testing in line with group digital guidelines.
Manage digital assets and publish locally relevant content on digital channels.
Review content assets, identify improvements, create pages, and publish in digital channels.
Organize digital content assets according to received plans.
Cooperate with stakeholders across commercial, digital, customer fulfillment, communications, sustainability, finance, and people functions to maximize impact.
Promote an open, sharing climate and role model values while contributing to transformation initiatives.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and copywriting or similar.
Formal qualifications in marketing or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to deliver within scope, with quality and speed, and to follow up on results.
Broad knowledge of marketing communication in retail.
Broad knowledge of creative and production processes.
Deep knowledge of the relationship between content writing and SEO.
Deep knowledge of dynamic content creation.
Broad knowledge of CRM and one-to-one content.
Good knowledge of evaluating creative communication.
Broad knowledge of marketing technology and media channels.
Good knowledge of multichannel reality and online customer behaviors.
Strong creative writing, editing, and digital content creation skills.
Ability to understand commercial as an integrated part of the business.
Motivation to increase customer value, collaborate for results, and co-create new ways of working.
Education Requirements
Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent.
