About The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator who can own social media strategy and execution across several client accounts.

This role combines content creation, strategy, and day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for planning content, creating high‑quality video and photo assets, managing posting, and helping drive performance across platforms.

While much of the work can be done remotely, this role requires someone based in the Tampa Bay area who can attend in‑person content shoots, capture content, and support on‑site production needs.

This is not just a content creation role. You will be expected to think strategically about what content should be created, why it matters, and how it performs.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute social media strategies for client accounts

Plan and manage content calendars aligned with overall marketing goals

Create social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Capture photo and video content during in‑person shoots (events, offices, brand sessions, etc.)

Edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips, etc.)

Write captions and manage posting and scheduling across platforms

Monitor content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and results

Collaborate with our internal team to align social media with broader campaigns and initiatives

Repurpose long‑form content (blogs, videos, podcasts) into social‑ready assets

Stay on top of trends and proactively suggest new content ideasEnsure all content is on‑brand, high‑quality, and aligned with client strategy

Who We’re Looking For
Social Media Strategy Experience

You have experience developing and managing social media strategies for brands or clients, not just executing posts.

Content Creation Skills

You are comfortable creating both

video and photo content , including filming and editing short‑form video.

Video & Editing Expertise

You can independently shoot and edit content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.

Platform Knowledge

You understand how content performs across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Creative & Performance Mindset

You can generate content ideas and think critically about what drives engagement and results.

Execution Ownership

You are comfortable managing

posting, scheduling, and day‑to‑day execution , not just content creation.

Strong Communicator

You collaborate well with a remote team and communicate clearly and proactively.

Reliable & Detail‑Oriented

You manage deadlines effectively and ensure content is polished and ready to publish.

Tampa Bay‑Based

You must be located in the

Tampa Bay, FL area

and available for

periodic in‑person content shoots .

Compensation

Hourly or project‑based compensation, depending on experience and scope
