Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the agencys client base.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Provide exceptional service and guidance to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Work towards achieving personal and team goals, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Requirements
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
Sales Acumen: Strong intuition for sales with a customer-focused approach, driving success in identifying and meeting client needs.
Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous Experience: Sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus.
Valid Insurance License: Must currently hold a valid insurance license, or be willing to obtain one.
