Job Description Summary

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving growth for the PICC and Midline product franchises.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving growth for the PICC and Midline product franchises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the overall PICC and Midline business objectives
  • Develops and executes against annual / strategic marketing plan for PICCs & Midlines
  • Develops tactical plans to deliver results
  • Collaborates closely with the sales force to drive growth
  • Manages product financial performance, aligning business expectations to annual strategic initiatives
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain and Operations to appropriately forecast incoming demand
  • Effectively partners with Global marketing partners and other cross functions (i.e. R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs etc.) to ensure development and execution of comprehensive marketing and product strategy.
  • Demonstrates strategic marketing acumen with proven ability to conduct market assessment and drive clear strategic recommendations.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of relevant marketing experience within the Life Sciences industry
  • Experience in downstream (demand generation) marketing and market shaping
  • Demonstrated experience working in a B2B environment; understanding of healthcare industry and cross‑functional processes without authority
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to formulate and implement marketing and product strategies, convert them into tactical marketing plans, and deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, advisory boards, etc.
  • Creative thinker who is intellectually curious, stays current on new trends, and takes calculated risks with novel ideas
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Medical device experience
  • Familiarity with vascular access devices and/or advanced placement devices

Location

The ideal candidate will reside in the Salt Lake City area or be open to relocating to the Salt Lake City area. Relocation assistance provided.

Compensation

$143,300.00 - $236,500.00 USD Annual
