My client, an international boutique fund servicer is looking to bring in a Client Services Manager as they continue their US growth due to continuous success. You will lead client servicing and investor onboarding for private equity funds across multiple strategies, fund vintages, and jurisdictions. This role partners closely with GPs, compliance teams, and fund counsel to manage AML/KYC requirements, complex LP structures, and regulatory obligations throughout the fund lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary relationship contact for private equity clients, building trusted partnerships with GPs, Investor Relations teams, and Compliance Officers
Lead AML/KYC onboarding for private equity funds, SPVs, co‑investment vehicles, and parallel structures
Manage investor onboarding in connection with PE capital raises, closings, and subsequent subscriptions
Review and oversee analysis of complex institutional LP structures, including funds‑of‑funds, pension plans, sovereign investors, and managed accounts
Apply and review look‑through and beneficial ownership thresholds in line with Cayman Islands AML regulations
Oversee and approve LP screening results (sanctions, PEP, adverse media) conducted via third‑party screening databases
Ensure accurate completion and review of DDQs, AML checklists, and investor due diligence documentation
Act as a key liaison with fund counsel, addressing AML/KYC interpretation questions, escalation items, and regulatory matters
Maintain oversight of FATCA and CRS classifications and requirements where applicable
Provide technical guidance, review, and mentoring to Client Services Associates
Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes

Qualifications & Experience
7+ years’ experience in private equity fund administration, investor services, or AML/KYC
Strong technical knowledge of PE fund structures and institutional LP onboarding
Extensive experience with complex underlying investor look‑through analysis
Solid working knowledge of Cayman Islands AML requirements; FATCA and CRS experience is a big plus
Confident client‑facing communicator with the ability to exercise judgment and manage risk‑based decisions
Able to manage and train a small team of junior(s)
